Trigonox® 63a is a phthalate-free initiator blend for curing unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermoset resins with metal salts under ambient conditions. Trigonox® 63a provides a gel similar to MEKP with shorter gel-to-peak intervals, resulting in faster mold release in applications such as cast polymers, laminates and RTM.
