Applications
Perkadox® L-W35 FCC is an easily pumpable, micronized dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) suspension suitable for bleaching whey, cheese, oils, and other foods. This micronized BPO suspension provides more thorough distribution during processing and can improve the efficiency and uniformity of pigment bleaching. Refer to the Food Chemical Codex to ensure full compliance. Perkadox® L-W35 FCC is manufactured in accordance with current U.S. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulations applicable to the Food Chemical Codex.
