Perkadox® 33 SP is used for bleaching flour, oil, whey, and cheese products.
Applications
Perkadox® 33 SP is used for bleaching flour, oil, whey, and cheese products. The product’s free-flowing properties allow for accurate metering and thorough distribution within the product when properly mixed. This results in higher and more uniform bleaching efficiency through the oxidation of colored substances. To achieve the maximum expected effect in flour, one part of BPO powder (pure) should be mixed with 30,000 parts of flour. This is equivalent to one part Perkadox® 33 SP (which is 33% active BPO) to 10,000 parts flour. Thorough mixing is essential to achieve maximum effectiveness after two days.
