Properties: This product is light yellow transparent liquid, boiling point 124℃ (760mmHg), decomposition temperature 76-77℃. It can be diluted with the solvent specified by the customer. Insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents.

Uses:

1. Excellent medium temperature initiator for high pressure polyethylene (LDPE), mostly used in tube or kettle process, can be combined with initiator PV (tert-butyl peroxypivalate), OT (tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate), OT (tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate), OT (tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate).

(ester), initiator TBPD (tert.Butylperoxyneodecanoate) and diisopropylbenzene peroxide together to form a composite catalyst system, the polymerization effect is better.

2. In the styrene suspension polymerization process, initiator C is used in combination with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and is the most commonly used initiator for styrene or styrene copolymers.

3. Replacing azo initiators with initiator C in the polymerization process of acrylates reduces the toxicity in the resin. It can also be used in the polymerization reaction of vinyl acetate.

4. It is a high temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester. The product is widely used in the curing process of unsaturated polyester in FRP, coating, adhesive, etc., such as the molding process of SMC, BMC and DMC.

This product is the preferred curing agent for high temperature curing of unsaturated polyester, and has ideal curing effect for molding and pultrusion molding. If it is combined with BPO, TBPEH, CH and other initiators, it can be used as a compound for molding and pultrusion.

It is more effective with an initiator system.

5. Good vulcanizing agent for most rubbers (except isobutylene rubber).

6. Addition to oils greatly increases their cetane number.

Packaging and Transportation:

1. Store in a cool, ventilated space at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
