Applications:
VA is a rubber vulcanizing agent with exceptional performance. It offers excellent scorch resistance, with a rheological time of 20 minutes at a processing temperature of 125°C and a rheological
time of 12 minutes at a vulcanization temperature of 160°C.

2. The shipment of VA initiator complies with the following regulations:

Product Shelf Life:
Product quality is guaranteed for three months provided it is stored strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Storage:
1. The product must be stored strictly at the temperature specified by the manufacturer; storage at temperatures exceeding the critical threshold may result in fire.
2. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area. Keep away from heat sources, prevent static electricity, and store away from light. The storage area must be well-ventilated.
3. When storing large quantities of this product, a separate warehouse must be used. The product must not come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids, or alkalis.
4. Prevent impact and friction.
Firefighting:
1. This product may decompose violently when exposed to heat and ignite fiercely. Small fires involving small amounts of the product should be extinguished with a foam or dry powder fire extinguisher.
2. In the event of a major fire, evacuate to a safe distance before attempting to extinguish the fire. Use a water hose to combat the fire and promptly notify the fire department for assistance.
