Usage:
VA is a rubber vulcanizing agent with excellent performance, it has excellent scorch safety, the rheology time is 20 minutes at a processing temperature of 125℃, and the rheology at a vulcanization temperature of 160℃.
The temperature is 12 minutes.
Packaging and Transportation:
1. The standard packing of our factory is 20kg corrugated carton packing. It can also be supplied according to customer's required packing size, which can be requested by the customer at the time of ordering.
2. The initiator VA is transported in accordance with the following regulations:
IMO (Maritime) 5.2 UN No 3106 Solid organic peroxides, type D, packed in dangerous goods of Class II.
Product expiration date:
If stored in strict accordance with the conditions suggested by the manufacturer, product quality can be guaranteed within three months.
Storage:
1. It must be stored strictly according to the storage temperature suggested by the factory, if the storage temperature is higher than the critical temperature, it will lead to fire.
2. Storage place is strictly prohibited open flame, away from heat sources, prevent static electricity, keep away from light, storage place should be well ventilated.
3. When storing large quantities of the product, there should be a separate storage room, and it is strictly prohibited for the product to come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids and alkalis.
4. Protection from impact and friction.
Extinguish the fire:
1. This product may decompose violently due to heat and catch fire violently, small fires of burning product in small quantities should be extinguished with foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
2. Large fires must be evacuated to a safe distance to be extinguished and salvaged with water cannons, and the fire department must be notified in a timely manner to assist in the extinguishing of the fire.
