| AKPEROX ER34 is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room temperature and high temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. (e.g., AKCOBALT 1%–6%) Compared to AKPEROX A50, the combination of AKPEROX ER34 and a cobalt accelerator provides a faster cure rate. The gel time of AKPEROX ER34 is typically similar to that of AKPEROX A50. It is particularly suitable for pipe production and continuous manufacturing applications, such as continuous lamination, RTM, centrifugal casting, and filament winding. | |||
