Trigonox 101-E32 is an initiator for the production of controlled-rheology polypropylene (CR-PP).
Applications
Trigonox® 101-E32 is a highly effective peroxide that degrades polypropylene (CR-PP) within the temperature range of 200–250°C. The mineral oil-diluted form of Trigonox® 101-E32 allows for more precise addition of the peroxide to the polymer. It also facilitates a more uniform distribution of the peroxide throughout the polymer. White oil is also used as a plasticizer in PP to facilitate molding, such as in the manufacture of syringes.
