Trigonox® 101-45B-GR is a bifunctional peroxide for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers and polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Trigonox® 101-45B-GR exhibit excellent scorch safety and can be mixed in one step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 approx. 12 minutes).
