Perkadox® BC-40K-PD is formulated as 40% powder on an inert carrier system (primary carrier clay).

Perkadox® BC-40K-PD is a monofunctional peroxide used for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers and polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40K-PD have excellent scorch safety and can be mixed in one step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 approx. 12 minutes)
