Perkadox® BC-A50 is a monofunctional peroxide used for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic polyolefins.
Applications
Perkadox® BC-A50 is used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-A50 offer good processing safety and moderate curing rates. Safe processing temperature (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes): 130°C. Typical crosslinking temperature (rheometer t90 approx. 12 minutes): 170°C. Data determined using a rheometer in an EPDM-based test compound.
