Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN is a 40% inert carrier system formulation in powder form.

Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN is a monofunctional peroxide used for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers and polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN have excellent scorch safety and can be mixed in one step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 approx. 12 min)
