Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN is a 40% powder formulation based on an inert carrier system.
Applications
Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN is a monofunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40B-PD CN exhibit excellent scorch resistance and can be mixed in a single step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 approximately 12 minutes)
