Perkadox® BC-40MB-GR is a 40% inert polymer-bound formulation in granular form.
Applications
Perkadox® BC-40MB-GR is a monofunctional peroxide used for the crosslinking of natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Perkadox® BC-40MB-GR exhibit excellent scorch resistance and can be mixed in a single step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 130°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 170°C (rheometer t90 approximately 12 minutes)
