Description: Enox BPO-75W is a white, fine-grained or powdered hydrated solid and is a diacyl organic peroxide. Detailed Applications
Styrene Polymerization
Enox® BPO-75W can be used for styrene polymerization in the temperature range of 80-100°C. The combination of two or more peroxides of different activities can reduce residual monomer in the later stages of reaction and improve reactor efficiency.
Acrylate and Methacrylate Polymerization
Enox® BPO-75W can be used as an initiator for the bulk polymerization or copolymerization of acrylates and methacrylates in the temperature range of 65-100°C.
Unsaturated Resin Curing
Enox® BPO-75W can also be used for curing vinyl ester and acrylic thermosetting resins at room temperature or slightly elevated temperatures.
