Product Overview: Luperox® Q2 is a colorless to yellow liquid mainly used for the curing of unsaturated resins for Pultrusion, BMC, SMC and other processes. Typical dosage is 0.7-1.5% of the resin dosage. Specifications and Characteristics: Liquid appearance, reactive oxygen content of 9.7%, density of 1075 Kg/m³, flash point of 62.5°C, self-accelerating decomposition temperature of 60-65°C, maximum storage temperature of 27°C. The main decomposition products are ethane Main decomposition products are ethane - methane - ethylene, carbon oxides. Curing Characteristics: The amount of curing agent is 1% of the amount of resin, the curing temperature is 82°C. The curing time is 741 hours.
