Product Name: TBPB-HA-M1 CAS Number: 614-45-9 Appearance : Slightly yellow, free-flowing liquid consisting of a mixture based on tert-butyl perbenzoate. Main Applications: Used in combination with cobalt accelerators to cure unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures (60–120°C); may also be used to cure vinyl ester resins at room temperature. Applications: Used as a curing agent for polyester resins, in combination with cobalt or cobalt/amine accelerators. Particularly suitable for phthalate- or isophthalate-based resins; suitable for heat-curing at temperatures between 60 and 120°C.Usage: 1–2% (based on undiluted product), used in combination with 0.5–1% Accelerator C-101. Curing Characteristics: When combined with a cobalt accelerator, it enables rapid curing of unsaturated polyester resins at temperatures above 60°C. Generates significant heat. Achieves excellent degree of cure. Processing Methods: Specifically developed for curing VE resins at room temperature in combination with Accelerator CA-12. Can even be used at temperatures above 80°C for casting highly filled resins (e.g., UP marble) and impregnating coils (drip process). Packaging: The standard package size for TBPB-HA-M1 is 25 kilograms.
