use::

  • Perkadox® OPC-50S-PS is mainly used for crosslinking silicone rubber.
  • Silicone rubber containing Perkadox® OPC-50S-PS can be crosslinked without external pressure, such as hot air or/and infrared vulcanization.
  • It can be easily mixed with silicone rubber in a two-drum mixer.
  • Recommended additions are 1.1% - 2.3% of silicone rubber to obtain the desired degree of crosslinking.

  • Organic peroxides are thermally unstable and self-accelerating decompositions.
  • Self-accelerated decomposition temperature (SADT) of 60°C.
  • Store at a maximum temperature of 30°C.
