Perkadox OPC-50S-PS-LM is mainly used for crosslinking of silicone rubber.

Perkadox OPC-50S-PS-LM is mainly used for crosslinking of silicone rubber.
Silicone rubber containing Perkadox OPC-50S-PS-LM can be crosslinked without external pressure (e.g., hot air or/and infrared vulcanization).
Perkadox OPC-50S-PS-LM can be easily mixed with silicone rubber in a two-drum mixer.
The recommended safe processing temperature (rheometer ts2 >20 minutes) is 65°C and the typical crosslinking temperature (rheometer t90 about 12 minutes) is 90°C.
To obtain the desired degree of cross-linking, the recommended addition level of Perkadox OPC-50S-PS-LM is 1.1-2.31 TP3T of silicone rubber.
