Packaging:

Applications:
(1) Polymerization initiator for vinyl chloride:
EHPC is one of the most commonly used initiators for the aqueous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. When blended with CUPN (isopropylphenyl neodecanoate peroxide), LPO (dilauryl peroxide), and other initiators, it enhances reaction activity. The polymerization temperature ranges from 40–65°C.
(2) Ethylene polymerization initiator:
EHPC is a low-temperature initiator for ethylene polymerization, commonly used in tubular processes at temperatures of 130–160°C. It can be combined with various other initiators to form blended initiator systems.
Storage Conditions:
Keep the packaging tightly sealed and store in a well-ventilated area. The maximum storage temperature is -15°C. Avoid contact with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). Repackaging and handling within the warehouse are strictly prohibited.
Storage Stability:
When stored under the conditions specified by the manufacturer, the product is guaranteed to meet factory technical standards for three months.
Fire Extinguishing:
For small fires, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, while simultaneously spraying with copious amounts of water to prevent reignition. For large fires, spray with copious amounts of water from a safe distance.
