appliance

Ethylene Polymerization: Trigonox® EHP is an effective initiator for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used in tubular and autoclave processes. In most cases, combinations with other peroxides are used to ensure a wide reaction range. Polymerization of Vinyl Chloride: Trigonox® EHP is used as an initiator for the suspension and bulk polymerization of Vinyl Chloride in the temperature range of 40°C to 65°C. Trigonox® EHP can be used as an initiator for the suspension and bulk polymerization of vinyl chloride. Trigonox® EHP can be used alone or in combination with other peroxides (e.g. tetramethylbutyl 1,1,3,3-neodecanoic acid peroxide Trigonox® 423), isopropylphenyl neodecanoate peroxide (Trigonox® 99), or dilauroyl peroxide (Laurox) to improve reactor efficiency.
