Properties: This product is a slightly yellow, transparent liquid that can be diluted with odorless mineral oil, isododecane, or other similar solvents. It may also be diluted with a solvent specified by the customer. It can also be diluted with inorganic compounds or polypropylene powder.
It is insoluble in water but soluble in most organic solvents. Specific gravity (20°C) is 0.880. Currently available products include an 85% mineral oil formulation, as well as 40% and 50% formulations using neutral fillers.

Applications:
1. Polymer crosslinking agent: An organic peroxide crosslinking agent widely applicable to various polymers, particularly suitable as a crosslinking agent for polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer
(EVA). The crosslinking temperature is 185°C or higher, and the usage range is 0.5%–3.8% (w/w).
2. Excellent degradant for polypropylene: It can be used to produce rheological polypropylene with low molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution, and high melt flow index; it serves as a key initiator for high-speed spinning, coating, film, and cast plastic applications.
3. It serves as an initiator for styrene polymerization and copolymerization. The polymerization temperature ranges from 30 to 185°C.
Packaging and Transportation:
Our standard packaging is 20-kilogram polyethylene bags; however, we can also supply packaging sizes according to customer requirements. Customers may specify their needs when placing an order.
Storage Precautions:
1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
2. Keep away from sources of ignition and heat. Store separately from acids, reducing agents, flammable materials, combustible materials, and other reducing agents.
3. Lighting and ventilation facilities in the storage area must be explosion-proof, and switches must be located outdoors.
4. Handle with care to prevent damage to packaging and containers. Avoid impact and vibration. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during repackaging and handling operations.
5. Customers are requested to carefully read our factory’s “Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)” when storing, transporting, and using this product.
Product Shelf Life:
When stored and transported in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, product quality is guaranteed for three months.
Fire Protection:
1. This product may decompose violently when exposed to heat, causing a fierce fire. Small fires involving a small amount of the product should be extinguished immediately using a foam or dry powder fire extinguisher.
2. In the event of a large fire, evacuate immediately to a safe distance and use a water hose to extinguish the flames; notify the fire department for further handling.
