Luperox® 223M75 polymer initiator is a 75% EHP activated solution with the addition of an organic solvent. Luperox® 223M75S polymer initiator is the same solution with the addition of a stabilizer to increase the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT). The stabilized solution is widely used in emulsion PVC polymerization. High-pressure applications, such as pipe production with LDPE, use stabilizer-free 223M75 solutions.

Luperox® 231 (Luperox® 231MO90/Luperox® 231M50) polymer initiators are widely used for the polymerization of styrene in both propriety and suspension processes. It is available in various concentrations from 50% to 90% mixed with organic solvents or as industrially pure liquids.

Luperox® 223S polymer initiator is pure EHP with stabilizers to increase the self-accelerating decomposition temperature (SADT). For emulsion polymerization of PVC resins with other initiators, pure EHP is preferred. the high volatility of pure EHP and the preference for safer alternatives led Arkema to introduce Luperox® 223EN60H emulsion initiator for emulsion technology.

Luperox® 11M75 polymer initiator is a 75% active weight solution of tert-butyl peroxypivalate that can be used in the polymerization of ethylene to make LDPE or in the synthesis of fluoropolymers.

Luperox® 219M75 polymer initiator is a free radical initiator for the synthesis of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene. The high activity provided by Luperox® 219M75 polymer initiator optimizes the production of these polymers when combined with other peroxides.

Luperox® 610 polymer initiator improves productivity by increasing conversion and can be used in the polymerization of vinyl chloride.

Luperox® 554M75 polymer initiator is a tertiary amyl organic peroxide used in the manufacture of LDPE, PVC and acrylic resins. Luperox® 554M75 polymer initiator generates a large number of low-energy free radicals. This feature makes it a viable alternative to azo initiators.

Luperox® 101 polymer initiator can be used for viscosity modification of polypropylene. In addition to pure liquids, it can be diluted with white mineral oil or solid polypropylene polymer carriers.
