Trigonox® B-C30 for ethylene polymerization is an effective initiator for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used in tube and autoclave processes. In most cases, combinations with other peroxides are used to ensure a broad reaction range.

Luperox® DI Polymer Initiator is a room temperature stable peroxide available pure or diluted in mineral spirits. Pure material with antistatic additives is available in Europe. Common applications include polymerization of ethylene or acrylic polymers at elevated temperatures. Luperox® DI has also been shown to act as a cetane booster in diesel fuels.
