Trigonox® 187-W40 is a polymerization initiator for the (co)polymerization of vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride used in the production of PVC.
Applications
Vinyl chloride polymerization: Trigonox® 187-W40 is a highly active initiator specifically developed for the low-temperature polymerization of vinyl chloride to produce high-K-value PVC. Trigonox® 187-W40 can also be used in combination with other peroxides, such as di(2-ethylhexyl) peroxydicarbonate (Trigonox® EHP), to improve reactor efficiency.
