AKPEROX ER14 is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. (e.g. AKCOBALT 1% - 6%) Particularly suitable for pipe production and continuous manufacturing applications such as continuous lamination, RTM, centrifugal casting, filament winding.

At room or elevated temperatures, AKPEROX ZZ 350 achieves extremely fast curing, which means shorter cycle times and thus increased productivity. Its formulation guarantees a better cure than common acetylacetone peroxides; this results in low residual styrene and non-tacky surface GRP products. The product has been specifically studied for continuous processes, such as continuous filament winding of GRP pipes. It is also suitable for centrifugal casting and sheet lamination.

AKPEROX ER73 is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. (e.g. AKCOBALT 1% - 6%) The AKPEROX ER73 + cobalt accelerator combination provides faster curing than AKPEROX A50. The setting time of AKPEROX ER73 is usually similar to that of AKPEROX A50. Especially suitable for pipe production and continuous manufacturing applications such as continuous lamination, RTM, centrifugal casting, filament winding, etc.

(e.g. AKCOBALT 1% - 6%) The AKPEROX ER37 + cobalt accelerator combination provides faster curing than AKPEROX A50. The setting time of AKPEROX ER37 is usually similar to that of AKPEROX A50.
