SWANCOR CP95 is a primer resin specifically designed for concrete lining projects. It provides a strong and durable bond on both surfaces and, once cured, forms a robust, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant interface. Its surface also provides sufficient unsaturated chains, enabling subsequent coatings to form a perfect lining system in combination with SWANCOR CP95.

Precautions
(1) Before application, verify that the concrete meets the following criteria:
a. Curing period exceeds 30 days.
b. Moisture content is below 8%.
c. Compressive strength exceeds 21 MPa.
d. Proper surface preparation has been performed.
(2) For the outermost layer of concrete, it is recommended to use a wooden trowel to ensure surface quality.
(3) If a steel trowel is used for finishing, a layer of weak laitance typically forms on the surface after the concrete has hardened. This laitance can be removed using the following methods:
a. Sandblasting (either dry or wet).
b. Remove mechanically.
(4) After applying SWANCOR CP95, residual tackiness will persist on the surface for a period of time; the coating should be applied within 4 hours to 7 days.
(5) SWANCOR CP95 should be stored in a cool place to ensure quality. To facilitate customer application, our company also offers SWANCOR CP95-P, which contains cobalt salts, for customer selection.
Packaging, Storage, and Handling
- SWANCOR CP95 is packaged in 5-gallon steel drums, each weighing 20 kg.
- Store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
- Flammable liquid; keep away from sources of ignition.
Other Notes
- SWANCOR CP95 is a reactive resin and should be stored in a cool place. If stored for an extended period, open the drum lid to allow air to enter and extend its shelf life.
- The gelation characteristics of SWANCOR CP95 are affected by weather, temperature, hardener content, accelerator content, and additives. Before changing the formulation, it is advisable to test the gelation time with a small amount to facilitate processing.
