SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is a high-performance phenolic vinyl ester resin that produces light-colored finished products. In addition to excellent high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, it also offers superior solvent resistance and maintains its performance effectively at 180°C.

Curing Systems
The room-temperature curing systems available for SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 are
: (1) MEKPO/CoOCT
and (2) SWANCOR Type C curing agent/CoOCT.
When operating at low temperatures, it is recommended to use SWANCOR 1300 accelerator to facilitate the curing of CHEMPULSE 907; to lower the exothermic temperature and reduce thermal cracking, the SWANCOR Type C curing agent/CoOCT system should be used.
Packaging, Storage, and Handling
- SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is packaged in 55-gallon steel drums with a net weight of 200 kg per drum, and in 5-gallon steel drums with a net weight of 20 kg per drum.
- Store in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Additional Notes
(1). The standard specifications above are suitable for hand lay-up, filament winding, and pultrusion. Other variants, such as the anti-sag type SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907-T or the accelerator-containing type SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907-P, are also available in various specifications and can be supplied in large quantities upon customer request.
(2). SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is a reactive resin and should be stored in a cool place. If stored for an extended period, open the drum lid to allow air to enter and extend its shelf life.
(3). The gel time of SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is primarily influenced by the accelerator content and hardener concentration. Due to variations in hardeners, humidity, pigments, fillers, and other additives, curing characteristics may vary;therefore, when using this product, it is recommended that operators first conduct small-scale tests to evaluate curing characteristics under their specific operating conditions.
