Hardened Systems

The ambient hardening system used in SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is available:
(1) MEKPO/CoOCT
(2) SWANCOR Type C hardener/CoOCT.
At low operating system temperatures, it is recommended that SWANCOR 1300 accelerator will assist in hardening CHEMPULSE 907, while a SWANCOR C hardener/CoOCT system is preferred for lower exothermic temperatures to minimize thermal cracking.

Packaging, Storage, and Handling

  1. SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is available in 55 gallon drums with a net weight of 200 kg each and in 5 gallon drums with a net weight of 20 kg each.
  2. Store in a cool place and keep out of direct sunlight.

Other notes

(1). The above standard specifications are suitable for hand lay-up, winding and pultrusion molding, while others, such as anti-sag type SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907-T or accelerator-containing type SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907-P, can be supplied in large quantities according to customers' requirements.
(2). SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is a reactive resin and should be stored in a cool place. If it is stored for too long, the lid of the drum can be opened and air pumped in to prolong its storage time.
(3). The gelation time of SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 is mainly affected by the content of accelerator and the concentration of hardener. Since the difference of hardener, humidity, pigment filler and other additives may affect the hardening characteristics, it is recommended that the operator should test the hardening characteristics of SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907 in small quantities under the self-defined operating conditions when using SWANCOR CHEMPULSE 907.
