Packaging:
Standard packaging is a 20 kg net weight polyethylene plastic drum. Smaller packages can also be provided according to customer specifications.
K is a Class D liquid organic peroxide. Cargo classification: 5.2; UN Number: 3115; temperature-controlled transport; Class 2 dangerous goods packaging. Transport by rail and air is prohibited.

Applications:
1. Ethylene Polymerization Initiator
K is one of the most commonly used initiators for LDPE polymerization via the tubular or batch processes. To achieve a broader polymerization temperature range, it is often used in combination with other initiators; the polymerization temperature is 150–
190°C.
2. Vinyl chloride polymerization initiator
K is also an initiator for vinyl chloride polymerization via the aqueous suspension process, with an initiation temperature of 50–70°C.
Storage Conditions:
Keep the packaging tightly sealed and store in a well-ventilated area. The maximum storage temperature is 0°C. Avoid contact with reducing agents such as amines, acids, alkalis, and heavy metal compounds (accelerators and metal soaps). Repackaging and handling within the warehouse
are strictly prohibited.
Storage Stability:
When stored under the conditions specified by the manufacturer, the product is guaranteed to meet factory technical standards for three months.
Fire Extinguishing:
For small fires, use dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, while simultaneously spraying with large amounts of water to prevent reignition. For large fires, spray with large amounts of water from a safe distance.
