| AKPEROX MIKP is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins in the temperature range of 60–150 °C in the presence of cobalt accelerators. (e.g., AKCOBALT 6%) used in combination with a cobalt accelerator provides a longer gel time at room temperature.To shorten the curing time, it should be used at 60–100 °C. In addition, even without a cobalt accelerator, AKPEROX MIKP provides high reactivity at elevated temperatures. It is particularly suitable for the production of roofing coatings. | |||
