Accelerator™ CF32 is a cobalt-free accelerator used for curing thermosetting resins.
Applications
Accelerator™ CF32 can be used in combination with Butanox M-50 and most other peroxides, such as Butanox LPT and Trigonox K-90, to cure the most commonly used UP and VE resins at ambient temperatures and, in some cases, at elevated temperatures. This material is suitable for most thermoset applications, including ambient-temperature curing: hand lay-up and spray-up applications, polymer concrete manufacturing, and discontinuous filament winding (pipeline and tank manufacturing). When used in combination with Trigonox K-90, it can cure at elevated temperatures, such as in continuous filament winding (pipeline manufacturing). In addition, Accelerator™ CF32 may be considered for other applications and market segments where cobalt is not required.
