Accelerator™ CF31 is a cobalt-free accelerator for curing thermoset resins.

Accelerator™ CF31 can be used in combination with Butanox M-50 and most other peroxides such as Trigonox 44B, Butanox LPT and Trigonox K-90 for ambient and high temperature curing of the most commonly used UP and VE resins. The material is therefore suitable for most thermoset applications, including ambient temperature curing, e.g., hand gluing and spraying applications, polymer concrete manufacturing, discontinuous filament winding (pipe and tank manufacturing). However, it is also suitable for high-temperature (~80°C) curing applications such as continuous filament winding (pipe manufacturing) and continuous lamination (corrugated and flat sheets). In addition, Accelerator™ CF31 may be considered for other applications with high cobalt content and components not required by the market segment.
