This product can be formulated into 90%, 75%, or 40% solutions using isododecane or dibutyl phthalate (formulation can be adjusted according to customer requirements).
Applications:
This product is used as a polymerization initiator for ethylene, styrene and styrene copolymers, acrylonitrile, acrylates, and methacrylates.
It is used for the cross-linking of natural rubber, silicone rubber, diene rubbers, polyurethanes, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resins. It requires a lower cross-linking temperature than other peroxides and produces less odor.
Packaging and Shipping:
1. Our factory’s standard packaging is 20 kg polyethylene bags. We can also supply packaging sizes according to customer requirements; customers may specify these when placing an order.
2. The transportation of initiator CH335 complies with the following regulations:

Product Shelf Life: Product quality is guaranteed for three months provided it is stored strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Storage:
1. The product must be stored strictly at the temperature specified by the manufacturer; storage at temperatures exceeding the critical temperature may result in fire.
2. Open flames are strictly prohibited in the storage area. Keep away from heat sources, prevent static electricity, and store away from light. The storage area must be well-ventilated.
3. When storing large quantities of this product, a separate warehouse must be used. The product must not come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids, or alkalis.
4. Prevent impact and friction.
Firefighting:
1. This product may decompose violently when exposed to heat and ignite intensely. Small fires involving small amounts of the product should be extinguished using foam or dry powder fire extinguishers.
2. In the event of a major fire, evacuate to a safe distance before attempting to extinguish the fire. Use a water hose to combat the fire and promptly notify the fire department for assistance.
