Introduction
WP-R1312 is part of Wells New Materials (WAM)’s 125°C curing epoxy resin system, designed to achieve an optimal balance between static properties (flexural and compressive strength, and elasticity) and dynamic properties (impact strength and fatigue characteristics).It is widely used in the manufacture of tubular products such as arrow shafts, camera tripods, fishing rods, and golf clubs, as well as similar high-performance sporting goods. Its viscosity and tack make it highly suitable for the prepreg process, and its performance characteristics (viscosity and
flexibility) vary minimally with temperature changes.WP-R1312 can be stored for four weeks at room temperature and for one year at -18°C.

- Tube winding process: fishing rods, sticks, golf clubs, arrow shafts, camera tripods, etc.
Reference Curing Conditions
- Mold Molding: 90 minutes to 30 minutes (120–150°C)
- Tube (golf clubs, fishing rods) Molding: 30 minutes at 80°C + 90 minutes at 125°C
Molding Conditions: Adjustments are required based on product thickness, heat transfer, and molding method.
