Description: NOROX WPC-100 is a liquid formulation based on acetone peroxide and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate. It has been emulsified. NOROX WPC-100 was developed to meet regulatory requirements for drinking water applications. Technical Data:

Application: NOROX WPC-100, in combination with a cobalt catalyst, performs excellently at both room temperature and elevated temperatures, making it an outstanding curing system for unsaturated polyester resins.The cobalt concentration (naphthenic acid or octanoic acid in a 1% solution) should be within the range of 0.1% to 1.0%.NOROX WPC-100 features an emulsion system that meets the strict regulations of Germany, France, and the Netherlands for pipes, storage tanks, and other applications involving drinking water. The advantage of using NOROX WPC-100 instead of traditional initiators is that it provides more complete curing, reduces residual styrene content, and results in stronger components.Compared to standard AAP, you will achieve similar gel times, slightly higher peak heat release, but better final cure. Applicable manufacturing processes include: RTM, fiber winding, centrifugal casting, or continuous lamination. Packaging: NOROX WPC-100 is standardly packaged in 25-kilogram polyethylene drums.
