Luperox® 331 series polymer initiators are a series of bisperoxyacetone solutions that can be purchased globally in a variety of active concentrations. These can be used in the polymerization of styrene, ethylene, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid.

Luperox® 270 polymer initiator is a peroxy ester for the polymerization of LDPE, styrene and acrylic resins. The decomposition material of Luperox® 270 polymer initiator makes it a preferred choice over tert.Butylperoxybenzoate. In addition, Luperox® 270 polymer initiator can be shipped without refrigeration, providing greater flexibility than other peroxy esters.

Luperox® 26 polymer initiator can be used in a very wide range of polymer applications, including LDPE/EVA or styrenics as well as acrylic coatings, copolymers and PMMA Luperox® 26 polymer initiator offers higher control temperatures and SADTs than other perovskites, which improves ease of use, handling and transportation.

Luperox® 231XL40 crosslinked peroxide is a 40% active dispersion of Luperox® 231 polymeric initiator on calcium carbonate. This inert desensitizing material significantly reduces safety hazards. Luperox® 231XL40 crosslinking peroxide is particularly suitable for fast curing of engineered rubber products and elastomers using various mixing techniques.

Luperox® 546M75 polymer initiator is a highly reactive peroxide ester initiator typically used for the polymerization of vinyl chloride in emulsion synthesis. The free radicals generated are very efficient, resulting in improved monomer conversion compared to systems using tert-butyl peroxide (e.g. Luperox® 10).

Luperox® 531 polymer initiator can be used for the polymerization of styrenics, acrylics or PMMA and their copolymers. This peroxide can be shipped at ambient temperature, providing customers with greater flexibility than temperature controlled peroxide esters. A wide range of active concentrations are available globally, from 60% to 80%, with the remainder being organic solvents.

Luperox® 223V75 polymer initiator is part of the V-series and significantly improves the shelf life and SADT of Luperox® 223 molecule (commonly known as EHP). volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions from the polymerization of common PVC have been further improved.

Luperox® 223EN60H emulsion initiator is an aqueous initiator system of bis (2-ethylhexyl) peroxydicarbonate designed to improve ease of use for PVC resin manufacturers. The emulsion system uses water as a heat sink to improve storage and handling safety. Users will also find better PVC resin quality because emulsions are more easily dispersed in suspension media.

Luperox® 101PP20, 101PP10 and 101PP7.5 viscosity modifiers are 20%, 10% or 7.5% active weight dispersions of Luperox® 101 polymer initiator on polypropylene powder carriers. Luperox® 101PP20, 101PP10 and 101PP7.5 can be easily mixed in twin- or single-screw kneading for blending or single-streaming polyolefins and recycled materials.
