Akpa

AKPEROX BP 15 is used as a hardener for unsaturated polyester (UP) resin-based chemical anchors and polyester putties.

AKPEROX AAP is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. The AAP + cobalt combination provides faster curing and higher peak temperature levels than the MEKP + cobalt combination. Therefore, laminating applications with very thin layers should be avoided in this regard. Particularly suitable for the mannequin industry

AKPEROX A9LP is a multi-purpose catalyst designed to promote room temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins. Resins can be heat cured with AKPEROX A9LP over a temperature range of 100-127˚C.

AKPEROX A9H is a general purpose MEKP for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room temperature. It is generally used as an accelerator in combination with metal salts.

AKPEROX A9CL is a multi-purpose catalyst designed to promote room temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins. Resins can be heat cured with AKPEROX A9CL over a temperature range of 100-127˚C.

AKPEROX A6R is a phthalate-free MEKP for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. It is suitable for general purpose applications. Recommended for the production of composites such as buttons, water tanks, etc. that come into direct contact with the human body without the Phthalate Free specialty.

AKPEROX A50G is a general purpose MEKP for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room temperature. Typically used as an accelerator with metal salts for curing gelcoat resins, laminates (coatings), vinyl esters, fibers, buttons, coatings and cast polyester resins, as well as for FRP pipe production. Liquid Particularly suitable for gelcoat applications with low water content. (e.g. production of marine applications, cabinets, etc.)

AKPEROX A60-PF is a phthalate-free MEKP for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. Gel and cure properties are similar to those of AKPEROX A60. For general use, suitable for curing gelcoat resins, laminating (coating), vinyl esters, fibers, buttons, coatings, and cast polyester resins as well as GRP applications. (e.g., pipe production, marine applications, enclosure production, etc.)

AKPEROX 60 is a general purpose MEKP for curing unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room temperature. Generally used in conjunction with metal salts. Suitable for curing gelcoat resins, laminates (coatings), vinyl esters, fibers, buttons, coatings and cast polyester resins as well as for GRP pipe production. Liquid Particularly suitable for gelcoat applications with low water content. (e.g. marine applications, production of cabinets etc.)
