AKPEROX ER33 is used to cure unsaturated polyester (UP) resins at room and elevated temperatures in the presence of cobalt accelerators. (e.g. AKCOBALT 1% - 6%) The AKPEROX ER33 + cobalt accelerator combination provides faster curing than AKPEROX A50. The setting time of AKPEROX ER33 is faster than both AKPEROX A50 and AKPEROX ER34. It is particularly suitable for pipe production and continuous manufacturing applications with high production rates, such as continuous lamination, RTM, centrifugal casting, filament winding.

AKPEROX ER11 is a phthalate-free mixture of two ketone peroxides (MEKP and AAP) for curing unsaturated polyester resins with cobalt accelerators at room temperature. Compared to cobalt peroxides (MEKP), AKPEROX ER11 with cobalt accelerators provides faster curing speeds and higher peak temperatures at room or elevated temperatures (40-80°C).

AKPEROX DICUMYL PEROXIDE is widely used for crosslinking of elastomers and olefin plastics. It is also used as an initiator and/or flame retardant in foamable PS.

AKPEROX CS has been developed to cure unsaturated polyester resins in combination with cobalt accelerators at 60°C and higher.

AKPEROX CMP75 is a liquid polymerization initiator for room temperature curing that offers the advantages of slower gelling time, better final cure and lower impurity levels than MEKP.

AKPEROX CMP50 is a liquid polymerization initiator for room temperature curing that offers the advantages of slower gelling time, better final cure and lower impurity levels than MEKP.

For curing unsaturated polyester resins at elevated temperatures. Curing of UP (Unsaturated Polyester) resin based thermo-compression molding formulations (SMC, DMC, BMC, etc.) in the temperature range of 120 - 170˚C is preferred.

Typically used as an initiator in petrochemical systems for the polymerization of ethylene at high pressures with other peroxides of varying activity levels at temperatures of 120-160°C. Remains liquid even at low temperatures and high pressures.

Akperox C-90 is an initiator for the (co)polymerization and native polymerization of styrene, butadiene, acrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, acrylates and methacrylates. Akperox C90 can be activated by organic soluble or water soluble reducing agents, or by metal compounds to achieve polymerization at room temperature or lower. With Akperox C-90, styrene and methyl methacrylate can be polymerized in the 60-100˚C temperature range.
