Instructions for Use and Precautions
- Bailiangcai A 400-972 resin does not contain a catalyst; a cobalt-based catalyst must be added during use at a dosage of 0.5–2.0% (1% concentration).
- MEKP may be used as the curing agent at a concentration of 1.0–2.5%. Ensure that the curing agent is within its shelf life.
- The resin does not contain wax.
- To ensure that FRP products made from A 400-972 have the desired design strength and chemical resistance, sufficient post-curing is required: post-cure for 3–4 hours at 80°C.
