Bailiangcai A 400-901 is a general-purpose isophthalic unsaturated polyester resin with medium viscosity and high reactivity.
Main Applications
Bailiangcai A 400-901 is suitable for cast products and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) products that require high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is used in applications such as artificial stone, handicrafts, gratings and pipes, marine vessels, and automotive components.The resulting products exhibit low fracture sensitivity, resulting in a high fatigue life. It is particularly suitable for products exposed to water, especially seawater, and offers high resistance to water and chlorine. The primary forming processes include hand lay-up, filament winding, grating casting, and pultrusion.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
- Bailiangcai A 400-901 resin does not contain a catalyst; a cobalt-based catalyst must be added during use at a concentration of 0.5–2.0%.
- MEKP may be used as the curing agent at a concentration of 1.0–2.5%. Ensure that the curing agent is within its shelf life.
- To optimize product performance, post-cure for several hours at 80°C.
