Accelerator™ CF13 is a cobalt-free accelerator for curing unsaturated polyester resins.

Accelerator™ CF13 can be used in combination with Butanox M-50 in ambient temperature curing systems for: hand gluing and spraying applications, polymer concrete manufacturing, other applications where cobalt is an unwanted trace element and market segments. Accelerator™ CF13 is well suited for systems with ambient temperature curing. Curing at elevated temperatures (>80°C) is not recommended. It should also be noted that the cured end product will have a greenish cast due to the presence of copper. Accelerator™ CF13 contains copper chloride which makes the formulation slightly corrosive.
