Ethylene Polymerization Trigonox® 23-C30 is an effective initiator for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used in tube and autoclave processes. In most cases, combinations with other peroxides are used to ensure a broad reaction range.
Trigonox® 23 is an initiator for the (co-)polymerization of ethylene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, (meth)acrylate, and diethylene glycol bis (allyl carbonate) based optical monomers.
Trigonox® 23-C75 is an initiator for the polymerization of ethylene, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and (meth)acrylate. The initiator is also used to cure unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins at elevated temperatures.
