Trigonox® 125-C70 is an initiator for the (co)polymerization of styrene, ethylene, acrylonitrile, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, and (methyl)acrylates with polyols.
Applications
Ethylene Polymerization: Trigonox® 125-C70 is an effective initiator for high-pressure ethylene polymerization in autoclave and tubular processes. In practice, it is used in combination with other peroxides to achieve a wide range of polymerization temperatures. Vinyl chloride polymerization: Trigonox® 125-C70 can be used as an initiator for the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride at temperatures ranging from 50°C to 65°C. Trigonox® 125-C70 can be used in combination with other initiators to improve reactor efficiency.
