- TMCH-90-AL is a colorless, free-flowing liquid containing 90% 1,1-Bis(tert-butylperoxy)3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, stabilized with aliphatic hydrocarbons.This cycloaliphatic peroxide is primarily used as an initiator (radical source) for monomer polymerization (e.g., styrene) as well as for the curing and polymerization of unsaturated polyester resins.

- Ethylene: Used as an initiator for high-pressure ethylene polymerization, in combination with other peroxides of varying activity. Temperature range: 200–250°C. Key advantages include: liquid form, usability even at low temperatures and high pressures, and insensitivity to other components in the polymerization process.
- Styrene: Used for styrene polymerization; suitable for bulk or solution polymerization and copolymerization with other monomers (such as butadiene and acrylonitrile). Temperature range: 100–140°C.Recommended dosage: 0.02–0.1% of the feedstock. Key advantages include: reduced residual monomer content, no reaction with chain regulators (such as thiol compounds), and no hydrolysis in alkaline media.
- Other monomers: Used in the polymerization of vinyl acetate and (methyl)acrylates. Temperature range: 90–130°C. Recommended dosage: 0.05–1% of the feed.
