Usage:
This product is mainly used as vulcanizing agent for rubber, with good safety of scorching, safe use temperature is 135℃, vulcanization temperature is 175℃.
Packaging and Transportation:
1. The standard package of our factory is 20 kg polyethylene package. It can also be supplied according to customer's required packing size, which can be requested by the customer at the time of ordering.
2. The initiator TBCP is transported in accordance with the following regulations.
Product expiration date:
The quality of the product can be guaranteed within six months if it is stored strictly according to the conditions suggested by the manufacturer.
Storage:
1. It must be stored strictly according to the storage temperature suggested by the factory, if the storage temperature is higher than the critical temperature, it will lead to fire.
2. Storage place is strictly prohibited open flame, away from heat source, prevent static electricity, keep away from light, storage place should have good ventilation equipment.
3. When storing large quantities of the product, there should be a separate storage room, and it is strictly prohibited for the product to come into contact with reducing agents, rust, dust, heavy metal ions, acids and alkalis.
4. Protection from impact and friction.
Extinguish the fire:
1. This product may decompose violently due to heat and catch fire violently, small amount of product burning small fire should be extinguished by foam or dry powder fire extinguisher.
2. Large fires must be evacuated to a safe distance away to fight the fire and be rescued with water cannons, and the fire department must be notified in a timely manner to assist in fighting the fire.
