Process Operation Guidelines
- Before use, the resin must be stored under suitable temperature and humidity conditions for a period of time to stabilize. When using the MEKP/Co curing system, the operating temperature should generally be above 15°C;
- Palatal® S 320 L-907 resin contains wax; please stir thoroughly before use;
- Palatal® S 320 L-907 resin contains an accelerator; when using it, add the curing agent MEKP, ensuring the curing agent is within its shelf life.
- Workshop temperature should be maintained between 18°C and 32°C, and workshop humidity should be maintained between 40% and 90%. Consistent workshop conditions ensure consistent gel times and help manufacturers produce high-quality products.
- To achieve optimal physical and chemical properties, the product can be subjected to a post-curing treatment at a high temperature (e.g., 80°C) for several hours before use.
