Bailiangcai P 65TV-958 is a thixotropic, pre-accelerated, general-purpose orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin characterized by low viscosity and high reactivity. The resin
contains a wax emulsion.
Main Applications
Bailiangcai P 65TV-958 has low viscosity and excellent wetting properties for glass fiber, making it suitable for hand lay-up and spray-up processes. This resin offers good mechanical properties
and a short gel time. It exhibits good adhesion to both cast and extruded acrylic sheets.It generates low heat during curing, so even when used for one-step
layup molding of acrylic sanitary ware, it will not scorch thin acrylic sheets.
Bailiangcai P 65TV-958 is particularly suitable for use with fillers; filler content can reach 40–50 phr while remaining suitable for spray-up processes.

Instructions for Use and Precautions
- MEKP may be used as the curing agent at a concentration of 1.0–2.5%. Ensure the curing agent is within its shelf life.
- After prolonged storage, the thixotropic agent in the resin may gradually settle; ensure it is evenly dispersed before use.
- To optimize product performance, post-cure for several hours at 80°C.
