Application Guide
Palapreg® P 145-01 is typically used for standard SMC/BMC processing, or in combination with Palapreg® LPAs for the production of low-shrinkage/low-profile SMCs and BMCs.Typically, the ratio of Palapreg® P 145-01 to polymer solution is 60:40, but this can be adjusted as needed.Depending on the size of the molded part, it is recommended to add 300 to 600 ppm of dioxane to the system (calculated based on the sum of UP resin and LPAs).
