Processing Guidelines
Palapreg® EL-901 is typically used in combination with Palapreg® P 18-03 to produce low-shrinkage molding compounds. Generally, the mixing ratio of Palapreg® P 18-03 to Palapreg® EL-901 is 50:50, though this can be adjusted as needed based on specific conditions.Molding conditions are 140–160°C and 50–100 kg/cm². Depending on the dimensional requirements of the final product, 300 ppm to 600 ppm of p-benzoquinone may be added to the formulation (calculated based on the total weight of resin and low-shrinkage additives).
