- NOROX® MCP-75 is a solution of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and isopropylphenyl hydrogen peroxide.
- It is a liquid polymerization initiator specifically designed for curing unsaturated polyester resins and vinyl ester resins at room temperature.
- It features a low exothermic peak, a longer gel time, excellent final cure properties, and eliminates the need for on-site mixing of peroxides.
- It has extremely low levels of impurities, including water, hydrogen peroxide, and methyl ethyl ketone.

- NOROX® MCP-75 is suitable for curing unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins to reduce the exothermic peak during curing.
- It is suitable for marine layup resins (pre-treated), among other applications.
- The gel time is slightly longer than that of standard NOROX MEKP products, but the final cure is typically superior.
- Recommended storage temperature is below 80°F; optimal storage temperature is below 70°F.
- Store away from flammable materials, heat sources, sparks, and open flames, and keep out of direct sunlight.
- Container leaks should be addressed immediately; do not store in a refrigerator.
- Check the production date before use; keep away from heat, fire, and sparks; avoid inhaling vapors; dilution is not recommended.
- Avoid contact with contaminants and incompatible materials.
- Eye Contact: Immediately flush with plenty of water; seek medical attention.
- Skin contact: Wash with soap and water.
- Ingestion: Drink plenty of milk or water; seek medical attention immediately.
- Spills should be absorbed, contained, and disposed of immediately.
- Peroxides may burn or decompose dangerously in the event of a leak.
- Peroxides may ignite; use water to extinguish fires, or alternatively, use carbon dioxide, foam, or dry powder.
- Cool nearby storage areas by spraying water on them.
