United Initiators NOROX®750 Acetylacetone Peroxide 37187-22-7 (CAS 37187-22-7)

NOROX® 750 is a liquid organic peroxide curing agent specifically designed for resin transfer molding (RTM) and tooling resin applications. Its key feature is uniform curing across cross-sections of varying thicknesses without excessive exothermic reactions, resulting in excellent dimensional stability. Technical Data:

Applications: NOROX® 750 is an excellent liquid curing agent for room-temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resins, primarily used in tooling and RTM applications. NOROX® 750 offers improved early strength development without excessive exothermic reaction.Compared to standard MEKP formulations, the slightly extended gel time allows for ample working time. Once gelation occurs, the faster-than-normal early strength development enables normal demolding times or continued lamination.In RTM processes, NOROX® 750 provides a delayed gel time to ensure good cavity filling and enhanced material wetting.After gelation, faster early strength development without excessive exothermic heat release facilitates demolding and helps prevent thermal damage to the mold. In tooling and RTM applications, excellent final cure and dimensional stability have been observed when using the NOROX® 750 curing agent. Packaging, Shipping, and Availability:
