When using spray equipment, we recommend that customers operate under the following conditions:
Always use a compressed-air spray gun with a nozzle diameter of 1–2 mm and a spray pressure of 2–3 atm
To achieve optimal results, we recommend that customers ensure the following application conditions are met:
- Gel coat application temperature between 18°C and 25°C
- Use a curing agent solution with a MEKP* concentration of 50%; application rate: 1.5%–2%—
coating thickness of at least 600–800 g/m² - Butanox M 50 (Akzo)

Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX offers excellent overall performance:
ease of use, excellent deaeration and leveling properties, good sandability, color matching with the product’s gel coat, and resistance to aging and water
Packaging, Storage, and Handling
Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX is packaged in units of approximately 22 kg. Store the product in its original, unopened packaging in an environment where the temperature does not exceed 20°C.Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources. Under these conditions, Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX has a stable shelf life of three months from the date of shipment.
Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX has a flash point > 9°C and is classified as a flammable product. Keep the product away from open flames during storage and use. For
specific information, refer to the product safety data sheet.
